Heritage Communities is seeking a Lead Medication Aide (CMA) to join our Memory Support team in Omaha, NE. You will lead an evening shift, supervise fellow staff, administer medications, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Availability for evening shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotations.
• 2+ years as a certified caregiver and 2+ years as a medication tech in senior living or related industry.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by guiding fellow associates and supervising resident care.
• Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and policies, with precise records.
• Provide compassionate personal care for activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Ensure services comply with Resident Service Agreements, policies, and state regulations.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
