Silverado North Shore is seeking a Laundry Aide to maintain clean and comfortable resident environments in a memory care setting. You will handle laundry processes, ensure garment hygiene, and support departmental goals in a team-driven community.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate service, with full-time AM shifts 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and a pay range of $14–$17 per hour. Benefits include insurance options, PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
