Silverado North Shore is hiring a Laundry Aide to maintain clean, comfortable, and dignified environments for residents. This full-time position runs AM shift on Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with anticipated pay range of $14–$17 USD per hour.

Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a compassionate team. The role involves sorting and handling laundry, ensuring proper garment care, and supporting the community while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsabilités

• Collect, clean, and sort laundry for the community.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of resident garments and linens.
• Contribute to the goals and objectives of the department and community.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
