The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton in Easton, PA is seeking a Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. You will manage resident linens and ensure proper laundering and organization.

Responsibilities include following established procedures, cleaning resident rooms and common areas, handling soiled linens, and supporting a welcoming facility for residents and staff. A commitment to hygiene and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, or maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping and laundry procedures
• Clean and maintain resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Place soiled facility and resident personal linens into washing machines following proper procedures
• Fold or hang resident personal linens after laundering
• Transport and distribute clean linens and clothing to resident rooms
• Hang clothing in closets and place clothing neatly in drawers
• Maintain proper use and care of cleaning supplies and laundry equipment
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
