Madonna Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care in Salinas is seeking staff to support the mission and deliver compassionate care through positive communication with residents and families. You will help maintain a clean, organized environment and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include assisting with laundry operations, linen management, and ensuring a safe, hygienic living space for residents, while upholding the facility's values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and culture through positive communication and leadership.
• Foster community relationships with residents, families, fellow associates, physicians and vendors.
• Be flexible in work assignments and provide support to teammates.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality within schedule.
• Operate commercial washer and dryer and other cleaning equipment.
• Stock laundry and cleaning cart with supplies and keep laundry area clean.
• Fold linens and resident clothing; label linen units.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and resident rooms.
