Job summary

Ohio Living seeks an Enrichment Caregiver to support the enrichment activities program across resident neighborhoods. You will help implement a home-like atmosphere, assist residents with daily living activities, and promote meaningful engagement aligned with individual plans.

Qualifications

• One year activities experience preferred.
• One year job related experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• Two years experience as STNA/NA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program to meet residents' spiritual, physical, social, and psychosocial needs.
• Conduct activities as needed and encourage attendance to preferred activities.
• Lead volunteers and coordinate with other departments while complying with policies and regulations.
• Provide quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with policies and resident rights.
• Communicate effectively with the team and report changes in residents' conditions to the care team.
