Job summary

Trustwell Living of Cherryvale Place is seeking a Memory Care Director to oversee the clinical operations of the Memory Care wing within our assisted living community. You will supervise care and medication staff, ensure the highest standard of care, and maintain open communication with residents, families, and medical providers.

Qualifications

• A valid nursing license in good standing.
• An effective communicator who can connect with staff, residents, and their families.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively resolve issues and find solutions.
• A deep commitment to supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Ability to be flexible.
• A passion for nursing, with a focus on assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Desire to continually build knowledge and skill sets to enhance memory care programming.
• Basic computer skills to utilize EMARs, assessments, and care planning.

Clinical Leader – Memory Care, Assisted Living

Primary Responsibilities:

As the Memory Care Director, you will be a critical member of the leadership team overseeing the clinical operations of our Memory Care wing of our assisted living community. Your key duties will include supervising care and medication staff, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents, and maintaining open communication with residents, their families, and medical providers. Hands on working with residents, staff and families to guide them through the dementia journey.
