Job summary

Hcshiring in Center Square, PA is seeking a compassionate leader to oversee our Memory Care Program. You will work with residents, families, and staff to uphold the community’s standards of care and dignity.

The role requires at least one year in memory care management, knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, a college degree, and a valid driver’s license. You will drive care planning, quality improvement, and team development in a supportive, positive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a memory care environment.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia.
• Education: College degree; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community’s Memory Care Program while meeting or exceeding the community’s service standards and program goals and philosophy.
• Assess residents in the Memory Care Program to understand their individual needs in collaboration with family members.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal and local regulations and set the standard of excellence of the Memory Care Neighborhood and the community, demonstrating respect and compassion of the residents, their families, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate resident activities of memory care, care planning, and quality improvement, and infection control.
• Lead the Care team by treating the staff and residents with a high level of respect and dignity.
