New Perspective Senior Living is hiring a Full-Time Server for Memory Care in West Fargo, ND. You will provide hospitable dining service to residents, take and deliver orders, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area.

This role emphasizes compassionate interaction with seniors and adherence to health and safety standards. Wage is $15.50 per hour, with typical shifts Mon–Fri mornings to early afternoon.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, dining hospitality or full-service senior living preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to perform high quality work with minimal supervision.
• Fast-paced environment; deliver orders timely.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents in a friendly manner and provide attentive service.
• Know the menu and be able to make suggestions to residents and guests.
• Take food and drink orders accurately; deliver promptly.
• Ensure residents enjoy meals and address any issues quickly.
• Assist with dining room setup, cleaning and sanitation per procedures.
• Enter orders into the POS system for kitchen transmission.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Help food preparation team when needed.
• Follow sanitary procedures and health regulations.
