Job summary

Iris Memory Care of Nichols Hills is hiring a dietary aide to support dining room and kitchen operations at our NW OKC location. Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 11am to 7pm. You will work with the Dietary Manager and Cook staff to ensure smooth dining service and sanitation.

Main duties include bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen and dining areas, serving meals, and maintaining safety standards. Previous kitchen experience is helpful; lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred but not required.
• Housekeeping or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physically able to sweep, mop, bus tables and complete cleaning tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation and services.

Responsibilities

• Buss tables and clear dining areas.
• Washing dishes and maintain clean kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare, present, and deliver meals efficiently.
• Serve food to residents within scheduled time frames.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with state/local health codes and facility policies.
