Job summary

Executive Home Care of San Diego is seeking compassionate Companion & Care Specialists to serve clients across the Greater San Diego area. You will provide in-home support to individuals living with memory challenges, dementia, or neurodegenerative conditions, helping them stay safe and comfortable at home.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and family communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on caregiving, especially memory care or neurodegenerative conditions.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and care teams is essential.
• Must be able to pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene) with dignity.
• Assist mobility, transfers, and memory care redirection.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime.
• Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pickups.
