Qualificações

• Experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and emergencies.
• May require CNA or CHHA license depending on state.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word required.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to variables.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor with residents and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companion care and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents and staff.
