Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Care Associate for Memory Care in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports residents in the Memory Care Program with activities of daily living, enabling independence while preserving dignity.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and group activities, mealtime assistance, light housekeeping, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. CNA/CHHA license may be required by state; English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia including participation in activities is preferred.
• Proficiency in English to perform job duties and communicate with staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
• Assist Memory Care residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Participate in and lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Serve residents during mealtime and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
• Respond to resident/family/employee concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents, visitors and coworkers.
