Cascadia Senior Living is seeking a full-time Memory Care caregiver (CNA/HCA) to support residents at Fieldstone Memory Care of Silverdale, WA. Responsibilities include ADL support, meal prep, mobility assistance, and enriching companionship in a safe environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, caregiving experience in senior care, and current First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers. Flexibility for varied shifts and a dedication to resident dignity are essential.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and empathetic nature with a special interest in working with the senior population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility of residents as needed
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Current First Aid and CPR card
• Current Food Handlers card
• Pass a Criminal Background and fingerprint check

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
• Support mobility and transfers
• Engage residents with companionship and activities
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
• Monitor safety and respond to emergencies
• Document care provided and changes in condition
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure cohesive care
