Job summary

Trulee Evanston is seeking a compassionate Caregiver (CNA/PCA) to assist residents with daily living activities in memory care, promoting dignity, comfort and independence.

This role requires flexible weekend availability and entails teamwork with nurses and other staff, documentation, mobility support, and adherence to care plans. We offer a supportive workplace and opportunities for growth within memory care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide total personal care, including mobility assistance, ADLs, and hygiene.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and compassionate approach toward seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote dignity and independence.
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Support mobility, meals, activities, and routine appointments as scheduled.
