Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a memory care CNA for part-time shifts. 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, every Saturday and Sunday, with daily pay and starting pay $19–$21.50 per hour.

Under supervision, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support residents with daily activities in a memory care setting. We prize Passion, Respect, and Excellence and offer tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, health/vision/dental, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• CNA license active in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
