Riverside Post Acute in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Memory Care Unit. You will provide hands-on resident care under licensed staff, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay ($17-$19/hour, daily pay option) and a supportive team focused on quality of life for residents living with memory challenges.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced team setting.
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.
• One year of dementia care training/experience in memory care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed supervision, safely and compassionately.
• Assist with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, and linens.
• Support resident comfort and emotional well-being with consistent care.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
