The role is full-time, 32 hours weekly, evenings 2pm–10pm, working with residents who have memory impairments. You will provide basic patient care, support emotional and spiritual needs, greet visitors, and coordinate with nursing staff on changes in condition. Applicants must hold an active Maine CNA credential.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in Maine.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care within scope of practice.
• Support emotional, physical and spiritual needs of residents.
• Greet patients and visitors; answer and route calls.
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Keep unit and patient rooms clean and stocked.
