Menno Haven is seeking a Memory Care Team Member (CNA) for a part-time, on-site role in Chambersburg, PA. The position supports Memory Homes with personalized caregiving, daily living activities, and activity programming.

The role emphasizes creating a home-like atmosphere for residents with dementia while collaborating with the Memory Care Director and team. Required are 18+ and PA nurse aide registry eligibility; CPR/First Aid preferred, and Med Tech certification pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required).
• High School Diploma or GED or active PA nurse aide registry (required).
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified (preferred).
• First Aid certification or willingness to become certified (preferred).
• ServeSafe Education (Preferred).
• Willingness to obtain Med Tech certification and perform duties in scope.
• Good communication with residents, families, and teammates.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support in Memory Care Houses.
• Assist with daily activities, dining, housekeeping, and programming.
• Create a home-like environment for residents with dementia.
