Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for helping people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA + Medication Aide is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes to the Nurse to update the Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
