Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and report changes to staff as needed.

Requirements include a valid CNA license; prior SNF/assisted living experience is preferred, and experience with dementia is desired. We offer holidays, meal programs, uniforms, wellness, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience with people with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, Toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
