Iris Memory Care of NW OKC is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) and Certified Medication Aides (CMA) for our PRN pool. Join a warm, close-knit memory care community in NW OKC offering flexible shifts across all schedules.

As a CNA or CMA you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, support enrichment activities, and help maintain a home-like environment. Requirements include active Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry, high school diploma or GED, and memory care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry (required).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Genuine warmth, patience, and compassion for those living with memory loss.
• Reliable work history — consistency matters to residents.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts across all schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, dining, and mobility.
• Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a home-like environment.
• Monitor and document vital signs and monthly weights.
• Offer emotional and physical comfort and support to residents and families.
• Uphold residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times.
• Assist with individual and group activities that enrich residents’ daily lives.
