Job summary

Heritage House HCMC, part of American Senior Communities, is hiring a Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day and evening shifts. The CNA will support residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a respectful, safe, and homelike environment for seniors in memory care.

Applicants must hold a valid Indiana CNA certification and demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and reliability, contributing to our CARE values in daily practice.

Requirements:

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
