Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant with dementia/memory care experience for the Washington Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, IN. All shifts available and a strong patient focus is required.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and supporting a respectful, homelike environment. Indiana CNA licensure is mandatory, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Dementia Care CNA Opportunity at Washington Healthcare Center

Candidate must be a Certified Nursing Assistant and have experience in dementia / memory care.

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, the CNA plays a key part in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.

Requirements:
