Job summary

Cascade Living Group in Bend, Oregon is seeking compassionate Caregivers for our Memory Care community. No experience is necessary; we will train and mentor you to provide exceptional resident care.

You’ll establish relationships with residents, families and staff while supporting life skills and daily routines. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for NOC shifts (10:00pm - 6:15am) with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
