Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents to enhance quality of life through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
