Job summary

Silverado in Southlake is seeking caring caregivers for part-time night shifts (NOC: 10pm–6:30am) to support residents with memory impairments. You will provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s or memory care is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance/punctuality standards.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities and mobility (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable around animals; friendly, compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for residents in daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Support memory-impaired residents in a safe, respectful, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
