Job summary

Silverado is hiring a caring team member to support memory-impaired residents in a dedicated memory care community. You will perform daily living activities with empathy, dignity, and respect, building strong relationships with residents and families.

This full-time role includes night shifts (NOC) and requires reliable attendance. Training is provided to grow within a compassionate, team-driven environment at Silverado.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care preferred.
• Reliable transportation required for attendance.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around pets and animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Support memory-impaired residents in a safe, respectful, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to nursing staff.

Skills

High school diploma/GED

Care experience (Alzheimer’s/dementia)

Reliable transportation

English communication (verbal & écrit)

Physical capability (up to 50 lbs)
