Dalton Senior Living in Idaho is hiring Caregivers and Certified Med Techs to join the care team. Positions include hourly wages of $19.00 for Caregivers and $19.50–$20.00 for Med Techs, with day, evening, and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or dementia care.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• CMAT and Idaho state medication assistance certifications.
• English reading and comprehension required.
• Strong health and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including grooming, hygiene, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide timely medication assistance to residents.
• Lift and transfer residents as needed.
• Assist with meals and monitor dietary changes.
• Document changes in resident condition and vital signs.
• Report incidents promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Support housekeeping and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Communicate effectively during shift transitions.
