Belmont Village Rancho Palos Verdes is hosting open interviews for caregivers and CNAs. Join us on Wednesdays from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at 5701 Crestridge Rd, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 for on-site interviews. Full-time 4 days on, 2 days off rotation. Prior caregiving experience is valued; CNA license not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or in a related care role.
• Ability to use company-issued tablets, smartphones, and laptops for tasks.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living for assigned seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and wellbeing.
• Document and maintain accurate daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
