Belmont Village Rancho Palos Verdes is hiring caregivers/CNAs to deliver hands‑on care in our assisted living and memory care community. Walk‑ins welcome every Wednesday for open interviews and immediate consideration for full‑time roles.

Join a collaborative team that supports residents’ daily living, safety, and wellbeing. Prior experience in senior care is valued; CNA license not required. Training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job‑related tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Post‑offer pre‑employment screenings may include background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well‑being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands‑on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We're seeking dependable, team‑oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.
