Ivy Park at Playa Vista, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Care Provider for Memory Care. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and supporting independence with dignity. Training is provided; applicants must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may be required per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff.
