Immediate openings for Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs & HHAs serving Frederick and surrounding areas. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide hands-on resident care under supervision in Memory Care and/or Ensemble neighborhoods, assisting with daily living activities and maintaining safety and warmth for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related health care experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
• Willingness to complete dementia care training (for Ensemble Program communities).
• Ability to comply with Drug-Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and coworkers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care.
• Maintain accurate resident service plans and document care provided.
• Communicate daily with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Help maintain a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Support programming and day-to-day operations of the neighborhood.
