Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–6 months related experience in direct service with older adults preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia and ability to follow written care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support engagement and social activities.
• Document changes in residents' condition and follow care plans.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and safety; provide compassionate dementia care.
