Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in a full-time, first-shift role (6:30am–3:00pm). You will provide hands-on care, support daily activities, and build meaningful relationships that enhance residents' comfort and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a caregiver or related training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance to assigned seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
