Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will support residents with daily activities, foster participation in community events, and uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service. Successful candidates may have prior caregiving or relevant training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Experience as a caregiver or in healthcare/senior living is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for assigned residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care; report changes to supervisors.
