Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, operating Ivy Park at Santa Monica, is seeking a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and to support independence with dignity.

You will join a compassionate team, follow care plans, ensure safety, and report changes promptly. Training is provided; applicants must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to elderly care.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.
• Desire to work with the elderly and respect for their dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining self-respect, safety and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor of any observed changes in residents' condition immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
