Integral Senior Living in Colorado is seeking a Care Giver to join our team in Lafayette, CO. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe, home-like environment within a memory care, assisted living or independent living setting.

The role emphasizes helping residents with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring dignity and safety while fostering a compassionate community that values staff development and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
