Job summary

Clarendale at Indian Lake Memory Care in Hendersonville, TN is hiring a Resident Care Associate/Caregiver/CNA for the 2 PM - 10 PM shift. Earn $17.00-$17.50/hr with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and weekend shift differential.

You will support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, assist with meals and activities, monitor conditions, and work with nurses to deliver compassionate care. Paid training and opportunities to grow into Med Tech roles are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or CNA preferred (not required).
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and monitor resident changes.
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity.
• Assist with ADLs and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with meals, activities, and engagement programs.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition; collaborate with nurses.
