The Village of St. Edward in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a part-time Caregiver (STNA) for afternoons, 24 hours per week, 3pm–11:30pm. The role supports residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, with duties delegated by the nurse.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and Ohio STNA certification if hired as a STNA. Experience in assisted living/memory care preferred, along with reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 pounds with/without assistance.

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds and more with assistance.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Must communicate professionally and with empathy to residents, families, visitors and coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care needs for residents as delegated by the nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor resident conditions.
• Maintain infection control standards and a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure quality care.
