Job summary

The Village of St. Edward Communities is seeking a Resident Caregiver on a PRN basis for the Wadsworth, OH campus. The role supports resident personal care needs and participates in activities as directed by the nurse.

Flexible schedule includes afternoon and night shifts in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and an Ohio STNA certification if hired as a STNA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Must communicate professionally and with empathy to residents, families, visitors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents and assist with activities as delegated by the nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report changes in resident condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support memory care residents as needed.
