The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Care Giver to join our team. The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities include keeping resident rooms and work areas clean, aiding with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity, and engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents and coworkers.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas

• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications:
