Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, helping maintain a safe, home-like environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, support independence, and engage residents in meaningful life skills, while collaborating with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• CNAs preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to communicate effectively with Residents and coworkers.
• Experience with seniors is preferred; strong customer service skills essential.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.

Care Giver

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.
