Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Care Associate for Memory Care at Addington Place of Northville in Michigan. You will provide compassionate support to residents with dementia, helping with daily living activities and fostering independence and dignity.

You will lead one-on-one and group activities, assist with meals, and maintain a clean memory care environment while communicating with families and team members. Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Ability to use basic computer programs and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping.
• Respond to resident/family/employee concerns with timely follow-up.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents and staff.
