Job summary

The Bungalows at Springdale is seeking a Resident Care Associate to join our team. This full-time position covers days and weekends with shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, delivering hands-on care in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods per each resident’s Personalized Service Plan and our policies to ensure safety and comfort.

You will contribute to care planning, monitor hydration, support activities, complete ADLs, ensure room cleanliness, and respond promptly to call bells, while

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must be 18+ to perform personal care tasks.
• Knowledge of assisted living or dementia care is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Personalized Service Plans with residents and families.
• Maintain hydration schedules and monitor dining attendance; provide room service as needed.
• Ensure resident safety, rights and dignity; assist with activities.
• Check and assist with cleanliness of residents and rooms; report hazards.
• Perform ADLs per PSP and respond promptly to security calls and bells.
