Responsibilities

• Cares for residents in the community adhering to all facility policies and procedures.
• Provides assistance in resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming and daily activities.
• Reports unusual symptoms and problems of residents to supervisors immediately.
• Monitors the emergency call system and responds appropriately.
• Assists dining staff with meals and dining room cleanup.
• Maintains daily resident records.
• Promotes the rights of residents and participates in safety drills.
