Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to coordinate engaging activities for seniors with dementia in Tulsa, OK. This role supports residents’ emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well-being within a warm, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and communicate with seniors living with dementia.
• Creative, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Experience in senior living, memory care, activities, childcare, customer service, or healthcare preferred — but not required.
• Must be able to pass background check and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, and social engagement.
• Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Support outings, special events, and holiday celebrations.
• Assist with activity setup, decorating, organization, and cleanup.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership.
• Adapt activities to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia.
