Job summary

The Residence at Five Corners, operated by LCB Senior Living, is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant for part-time hours in Massachusetts. The role runs Fridays and Saturdays from 9a to 4p, with a wage band of $19.25-$22.00 per hour based on experience, plus benefits from day one.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing activities, arranging transportation, supporting volunteer programs, and producing monthly newsletters for residents and families in a warm, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in planning, developing, organizing and implementing residence activities.
• Creativity to develop ideas for expanding the Activities Program.
• Effective English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organise and implement activities for residents.
• Arrange transportation and escorts for activities.
• Maintain newsletters and weekly calendars.
• Drive residents in a van as needed.
• Support volunteer programs and activity store operations.
