Base pay range is determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in 401(k) but are not benefits eligible.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: Assist in leading person-centered dementia programs, engaging residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life, respecting individual routines and preferences.

Essential Functions include:

  • Supporting implementation of personalized programs across various well-being domains
  • Reviewing resident service plans and documenting programs
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Guiding staff on programming importance
  • Participating in community events and communicating with families
  • Supporting quality improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with volunteer coordination and other duties as needed
Qualifications

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred. Experience with older adults and dementia preferred.

Certifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other physical activities
  • Interaction with residents and staff
  • Occasional evening, weekend, or overnight shifts; on-call duties
Additional Information

Salary: $15.50 - $17.73/hour. Entry level, full-time, in the healthcare industry.
