Qualifications

• Creative, compassionate, and energetic personality.

• 1+ year of experience and/or training in Alzheimer's disease and dementia care preferred.
• CPR certification preferred (required upon employment).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading daily activities for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.
• Encourage and support resident participation in group and one-on-one activities.
• Help create a positive, stimulating, and safe environment.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to meet residents' individual needs.
• Adapt activities to match varying cognitive and physical abilities.
